These aren’t the greatest quality pics...curious what you all think—cockerel or pullet? It’s poof is quite round. No streamers...

How old? I'm guessing pullet but if it's younger than 14 weeks I could change my mind.

Yep, that's a cockerel.

No guessing required, that's a cockerel. Male specific red showing and far too much comb development at this age to be a pullet.
