Odd chicken poop with blood clots

I also have a hen who just hatched babies about 3 weeks ago, her and the babies have separate food and water and go into a different coop at night, should i treat them as well ?

Treating all of them won't hurt.

To me this looks like some kind of rather undigested berries with mucous.

Did you try to dilute it with water to see if there is any blood for real?

In any case treating your flock with Corid for some days won't hurt.
