Odd eggs

One of my hens started laying eggs with a calcium residue on them a week ago and now for the past two days she is laying eggs with no shell. She is one of three Olive Eggers. They all eat the same things but other two lay very firm and smooth eggs. So if it is not her diet what else could it be?

are they on layer feed? Is the bird in question a new layer? do you provide free-choice oyster shells on the side?

Yes they are on layer feed and have free choice oyster shells. I dont think I would call her a new layer. She started laying in March of this year.

So if it is not her diet what else could it be?

Could just be a glitchy egg system.
It may clear up and it may not.
