I'm especially interested in a heated water dispenser to put in my coop for this winter. Last winter I made a LOT of trips to my coop, constantly brought in the water dishes and de-iced them, put hot rocks in them (heated near our wood-burning stove) to keep the water warm longer. It was a brutal winter last year and I want something electrified to keep the water from freezing daily.

Hi. I think those links to the DIY pages are very useful. I have a hard time finding them even through the BYC search feature. It would be nice if there was a DIY tab on the top. I'm building everything as I get more experience and more annoyed at the daily maintenance of chickens. but i've been using google to find DIY pages and they end up pointing the the BYC pages.

I'm subscribing I need a feeder Idea that will only allow my geese,ducks,and chickens into but not my turkeys,my turkeys must be kept on a diet at all times(there broad breasted and kept as pets).
