1 Leghorn Pullet

On Monday I ordered a whole 'nother batch to arrive in late March. I went a little 'cluck wild' with the online hatchery I order from

I have no idea what I'm going to do with all the eggs we'll be getting, as we can't even eat all the eggs we get from our four Barred Rock girls, but I am so excited to have so many chickens dotting our acreage! Honestly, I'm having trouble resisting the urge to order more. I need a chicken intervention.

15,561 Forgot to update. Sad news from last weekend: four more died. Out of my original 15, only six are alive anymore. The four that died were my sister's D'Uccle, my favorite chick, Ducky the blue cochin, and the two EEs. The remaining six are growing and doing just fine. Still sad though. It was a very defeating first time with chicks.
