Started with a kit from Tractor Supply, added an undercarriage and wheels and turned it into a chicken tractor. Still going strong 3 years later.

The coops and run came with the property. Thank goodness the old owner liked to build things. He did a fantastic job and also had an electric security fence set up on the perimeter.

Then needed a duck house (that is now a chick brooder). Built with scrap wood, bed frame and new material. Built it myself, no help from the man of the house. But when it came to having to move it... had to call in the boys. That thing was heavy!

This tractor run type thing was an “I’m really bored” project. Now we use it for the youngins when they’re ready to be off heat and out of the above brooder/duck house. All from scrap material left behind in a woodshed.
