Thanks for letting me know, I need to go take care of the flock because it has not reached here yet. You have a great day also. It is 33 degrees out and now they are all taken care of. I miss the warmth!!!

Just finished taking care of my flock...normally its taken care by 6AM, but it was a Monday and snowing..so got put off until 11.

We got the snow too. Not a terribly unpleasant day in my opinion, so it was actually enjoyable to watch the flurries.

Ours only amounted to flurries and I was glad of that. It was just sooooo cold!!!! The wind didn't help any. I will just be glad when Spring has finally Sprung!!! LOL

We only received about an inch and a half of covering over night. Kind of disappointed since I was hoping to be able to plow our driveway this morning.

Has anyone preserved their eggs in lime solution? Is it safe to give shells from those eggs back to my flock, or is it safer not to do so?
