Once bread how long until hens will lay fertilized eggs?

I bought a turkey hen that has layed an egg each day for the two days I've had her. She is in quarentine along with another hen but was housed with a tom at the farm I purchased her from. Today she dug a deep nest in the straw. I have taken both the eggs to keep them from freezing. My question is will she keep laying and will these eggs be fertile?

I'd imagine a turkey is like a chicken in that they can lay fertile eggs up to 3 weeks or more after being with male.
