One hatched and now silence?

I have 14 eggs in the incubator. Last night there was a tiny hole in one egg, this morning I have a baby, but none of the other eggs look like anything is going on. I never did hear any peeping at all. Today is day 21. How long do I wait with the other 13? I'm afraid if I open it for a good look I'll chill the baby.

Sounds like you had an early bird. It happens. The rest of the babies could take another 2-4 days to arrive.
