One year old hens laying less. Is this normal?

My hens (5 RIR, 5 Cinnamon Queens, and 1 Speckled Sussex) are a littler over a year old, and have been each roughly laying 1 egg/day for months. There have been the common reasons for occasional decreased egg production, but lately it's been more common. Today we only gathered 5 eggs - we've never had so few.

We have no major parasite, predator, fear, heat, etc. issues. Any suggestions of what else could be causing this decrease? Is it a common age thing? Cycle thing? What?

They may be about to molt, or they could be hiding eggs, or a predator could be eating the eggs. They could even be eating the eggs but I don't think that happens that often in younger hens.
