Problem spotted! Sand or shavings consumption kills a lot of chooks. That, right there, is why she's in this state...

She needs fiber, as soon as possible, to shift that sand before it kills her. There's a strong chance her crop and/or stomach and/or bowels are full of sand she is struggling to shift, which can make her basically starve to death. It also weakens her digestive tract muscles and cilia until she can end up in stasis, not shifting anything through anymore. It also means she's at an aggravated risk of prolapsing when she becomes a layer, due to all the straining. It's damaging.

The fruits, veg and greek yoghurt will all help, and if she doesn't have grits I'd give her some. If you can smash a green apple for her, and let her peck at it, this will do her many favors but especially provide very good fiber.
