Ordering New Chicks!!??!!

Ok I am just about ready to click that submit order button.....I was wondering about the vacanations they ask you about right before check out??? The ones for Merek's and Coccidiosis. Then it says if you use medicated feed it would nulify the vacine. So here are the 2 questions I have so far.
1) Do you order them vacinated?? For both? Or maybe just one??

2) I was planning on using regular old chick start. Is this medicated???

Can ya tell I am new???

I didnt get any vaccines for any of mine, and I dont feed medicated feeds either. I;m going for the "no chemical" organic approach. The hatchery I use told me that unless you've had chickens in the coop or yard before, you dont need either vaccine. They cant get it if they arent exposed to it. On a side note, Cocci is usually from really poor husbandry, so unless you plan to never clean the coop out, if youve never had chickens before you should be fine. I havent lost one yet. I have 27 that are 8 weeks old out in their coop, and two new batches in the house.
