Weather is warming up and birds start drinking more on a hot day, causing them to eat less and that's why most birds are dropping a lttle off their weights.
Try to feed soaked oat and they will enjoy eating wet food.

My human kids did this for a year... They got taller but their weight stayed constant.

Might be a similar instance where they dont have any more "baby" fat and are now running a fast metabolism...

Heat and water like hung mentioned is also something to consider. But water is heavy so they might be dehydrated.
