Make sure you add some vents to create as much air flow as possible.
You seem to be very handy in the building department. Good work!

Windows on both ends open plus the one in the original coop.....Hope thats enough ventilation.

As long as the windows are not "roost height" that'll be fine... for the spring/summer.
If you plan on leaving the windows closed during the winter or on rainy days, I'd suggest installing vents all around the top.
I have vents and I also keep my eaves open to allow the air flow.
