Our guineas have graduated from the cage to free ranging! They have happily picked off the red ant piles, and are enjoying froliking in the hay field. They go back and roost on top of their cage at night (There are two big guard dogs who keep the coyotes at bay).
Also, they're starting to get their casqes! (sp?) I must admit, I'm not looking forward to them looking like a cross between a unicorn and a chicken, but oh well, good conversation starter....
