Peacock pheasant information needed

Hey, recently I’ve been trying to buy some peacock pheasants off of marketplace. He is in Ontario but will ship to where I am. I need help figuring out if it’s a scam. Because I will most likely have to pay before I get them. He is selling 15 chicks to me for 200 dollars which includes the shipping price from Ontario to Alberta. Is that too good to be true or is it a good price? He is also saying that the ones in the picture are Palawan peacock pheasants but they look less colourful than pictures I’ve seen so are they immature or something else?

I don't know much about peacock pheasants, but I know they can be very pricey. 200 dollars seems kinda cheap for 15 chicks. Also, they don't look like pure bread Palawan peacock pheasants. They may be a cross, or his breeders may have a more reccesive gene present that could be why they look different.

Total scam. NO ONE sells peacock pheasant chicks and is not a scam.

Turns out they were more expensive than he was saying, then charges just kept getting added as I was trying to order them. So I said no and he got very mad. So thank god I said no because it was definitely a scam
