Pecking order questions

Hello!

I have 6 hens at home. 3 that I have had since 3 days old, and 3 14 month hens that we rescued and brought in. All was well for about 2 months. Now having an issue with one of the new ones getting picked on. I have noticed her being picked on by multiple of our hens, not just one. They have plucked most of her wing /back feathers. We have isolated her in her own space and have attempted to nurse her back to Health for about a week. Any tips on reintroducing to the flock? How can I get her healthy and strong?

You may have a protein deficincy in your flock. They will eat feathers for nutrients.
For your hen; keep her in a dog kennel in the coop and keep them familer with each other

What all are you feeding them (be as specific as possible)?

Any photos of your set up?

When you isolated her, was she kept in visual range of the other birds, or removed entirely? If she was removed entirely you'll likely need to integrate her back in as if she was a new arrival.

Hi I want to verify that you have personally witnessed the other hens plucking feathers, and that this is not a case of molting?
