Pekin duckling developmental issues

Heres some more. The second image shows that the duckling does have a bizzarely wide gait to accommodate his not walking on his feet

"f the tendons are slipped in both legs, the bird will stand & walk hunched down / squatting on its hocks ("elbows"), and may use its wings for balance."

Definitely seems to be the culprit

From other threads I've seen, compared with those pictures, I'm thinking it's likely slipped tendons

If you feel down the backs of the legs, does it feel flat? Can you locate the tendons?

I cant locate the tendons and im not sure if it feels flat or not
