I have three Muscovy hens on nests. I have one Pekin drake and one muscovy drake. I never dreamed when I got a pair of Pekins that the drake would be so aggressive! He pesters my muscovy hens to death every time he sees them and breeds them a lot. the muscovy is not nearly as aggressive nor persistent. My question is, reckon what percentage of the eggs will be hybrids and when will I be able to tell the difference? Both of the drakes are white.

The differences should be apparent right when they hatch (I would think), even if you had all white ducks, because of the obvious differences in appearance of the two breeds.

The bills of the two kinds are different, muscovies have bigger claws ect.
I don't have any experience with either muscovies or pekins, so I can only assume.

EDIT:
Be aware that if you do in fact have some (or all) crosses, they will be sterile, meaning they can no longer breed. These ducks are called "Mule" ducks because of this unique trait. Just like if you breed a donkey (or zebra) with a horse, the offspring cannot breed.
