Perfect eggs - Now no shell??

I've separated the oyster shell. None of them seem to be interested in it ever. I've noticed at the end of most days, that's what is left. Should I crush it or try another brand?
What a wonderful space you have!

If you are feeding layer pellets, those usually have sufficient calcium for most actively laying pullets/hens. The oyster shell is supplemental for those that need extra calcium. I would just make it available, they will take what they need.

Looks like a great space for them!

Has anything else changed recently? Our temperatures dropped about 20 degrees this week. From hot and humid, to a bit chilly! I expect it might change some laying behavior. Or even a lurking predator could have scared them?
Just tossing out thoughts...
