Pink egg layer X Olive Egger F1 = ???

If I have a hen that consistently lays pink colored eggs and I breed her to my olive egger then what colored eggs would the offspring most likely have? Thanks!

I think you may get grey?! Not sure, but please post photos when you get some.

I was thinking grey or maybe even plum, but I don't really know. Would love to see if others have done this cross.

i think grey too i tried to look it up, but if it is plum, youd be very lucky

Half of the offspring would get the blue gene, making Easter eggers. Some of the coloured egg charts don’t actually work

Depends what egg shell genes your OE carries. If its a first generation OE half would be brown and half would be green.

I recently bred a pink layer (Dominique) with a Cream Legbar. I'm expecting a mint green, but would love something gray or plum. Below are blue eggs hatched from a Cream Legbar hen, and the pink eggs from my Dominique, who was paired with a Cream Legbar rooster.

They should start laying in April/May. I'll post pictures here:
