I have 4 white silkies, 2 cockerels, 2 pullets. They are 3 and a half months old.
The two pullets' have greeny beaks, and the cockerels have bluey ones. I'm going to go look at photos from when they were younger to see when the colours came in.
I don't know if it's true. I've only ever raised these four silkies from chicks.I have never noticed beak colour based on genders
