Please Help! Chicken Attacked by Dog

I came home to find my dog with my production red hen. There's feathers all over the yard. I don't see any visible marks on her. She's still breathing and blinking, but she's shivering.
She's my special chicken, because she was born with a crooked neck. I really want to save her.
Any advice on what I should do?

Sorry for the circumstances. Right now she is in shock. Put her in a warm, dark, secure space and you may want to provide some electrolytes. Hopefully she has not sustained any internal injuries and will snap back. Good luck.
