Please help! may have sick hen/

I noticed this morning that one of my older hens REd Star had what looked like liquid bubbles in the corner of her eye.

She is kinda sluggish for the past couple of days as it has been colder out than it has been.

Does anyone know what it could be?

I think it is contagious bronchitis. I recently got a couple of new chicks locally and now I am having problems. The vet is coming out to vaccinate my horses and I have asked that they send the poultry vet so s/he can check both. Surely if I can vaccinate horses a chicken vet could too. I just don't have access to some of the vaccines I need. I need to check on them again. It could be that I can now get more of them available w/ o prescriptions now.
Like rabies...I saw that online the other day.
