Please Help! my 4mo old Wyndotte cant walk. shes very weak.

two days ago I went in to let the chicks out of their coop and I noticed my 4 mo old wyndotte can't walk.Her legs lay out to the sides and she can't get them straight so she can't move, she only flops around and kicks wildly. When she lays still she has one leg bent out behind her and her wing seems limp. She seems very weak and will barely eat. Is there anything I can do to help her?
