If you keep soaking it (Epsom salts are fine too, just don't let her drink the water. It's a major laxative. I prefer Betadine. Hibiclens is good too, just hard to find) and keep her on antibiotics, it should come to a "head" and pop open on it's own if it is an abscess. If it is scar tissue, should not keep getting larger.

Her white poop matches the symptoms of ASCITES, could the water have made her split open? Should I try and drain it?

So, this makes me sound totally stupid but I swear I'm not, I'm just not thinking clearly I guess. I do not see any openings on the bulge, but if she's got fluid in there I'd need to breech the bulge to drain her- right? I'm so worried it'll be an internal organ in there.
