Wow Im really surprised they survived, another example of baby birds being tougher than we expect.

I think your duck hen is no longer broody, so you will likely need to raise the ducklings in a brooder.

The 3 eggs that were not developed were likely laid by her after her broody hormones disappeared

Out of 13 eggs, 12 survived so far

So all did not make it but three. One hatched on the weekend and two just hatched together this afternoon. I literally went out for two hours and came back to them out of their shells yelling at each other!! Should i put them under the brooder? Or leave them until tomorrow?

You can leave them until tomorrow. Personally, I leave mine for 12 - 24 hours, or until they dry off and get their footing.
