The video does explain that, but you fill the syringe and tube, then insert it.

One more stupid question. Since his air way is in the middle should I push the tube down to one side? It's impossible to feel the tube when it's going down. He has too much fluff.

The side you want to aim for is on *his* right-hand side.

I didn't succeed. He keeps on struggling and that exhausts him and I don't want to hurt him by putting it down and then it comes out and put it down andit comes out. I'll try again later....

Do you think it'd be a good idea to measure from his mouth to his crop and mark the measurement on the tube so I know when to stop?
