Poisenous plants/seeds or dinner is served!

This is our garden. :|
We have let our garden go.

I dont know what these are but they grow fast, produce white flowers and then shoot seeds everywhere.

The seeds actually shoot a few feet from the plants if you walk through them. Its kinda cool to watch

unless they hit you in the eye.

Will the chickens rip these apart?

Will they eat the seeds?

Will they die a terrible death if they do

Weeds are about 6 inches tall atm

Let me know if you know anything about these weeds and any problems the chicks will have with them

Those long thin seed pods in the second photo highly suggest that you are looking at a weedy member of a mustard family. I don't know of any mustard family plants that are poisonous, personally. You most certainly don't have anything obviously bad, like deadly nightshade for instance.

Good luck with that. I'm gonna guess they are harmless. Although if I'm right and they are mustard relative, it could conceivably mean funky tasting eggs.
