Are there any poisonous plants that chickens shouldn't eat? I figure that my chickens will know better than to eat anything bad for them, but maybe they don't?

They really shouldn't eat any poisonous plants at all!

Sorry. Couldn't help myself.

Given what I've seen our birds eat, or try to, I would never make that assumption, myself.

I'm not an expert but I've never heard from any authority anything chickens shouldn't eat. I free range my chickens and they eat anything and everything, Tomatoe leaves and buckthorn berrys included. Buckthorn is an invasive alien species which most wild animals will not eat but my chickens eat it OK. They even eat poison ivy berrys and leaves without any harmful effects. They do not eat mushrooms. Animals are much better than humans at knowing what is good for them. Also animals can eat many thing we can't.
