There's a big difference, alright. The stats can be a LOt higher then they normally are without iv breeding. Ev training also helps, but it's quite easy with super training now around.
There are some great tutorials on YouTube. Iv breeding isn't at all hard, you just need time, pacience and the right pokemon. C:

Yea the first couple times i just gave up but now its my favorite method, i'm going for that froakie now, just hope i'll notice when it shines, there is'nt a very big differance. Thank Mei&Popcorn

Maybe I'll try breeding for shinies cause I really don't want to do the whole searching thing... It sounds too tedious!! For breeding you need a foreign pokemon, right? I have a foreign ditto...
