Polish chick?

My friend and I each got a straight run polish chick from the same store same age, my chick looks completely different so I'm wondering if mine is a mix or if we got a male and a female or what's happening

Your chick appears to be a bearded Polish while her’s appears to be a non bearded Polish.

Do bearded polish still lay white eggs? I know probably a stupid question :/

Also any clue what color the bearded one will be? Is it a white crested black? They were just assorted polish

Agreed. How many toes? The first one sure looks like a Mottled Houdan. Did you specifically buy "Polish" or did the call them "Crested".

They said polish but I'm fine with a mottled houdan I just wanted a crested of some sort and I was assuming it was one too but both chicks have the extra toe

I would agree with houdan as the breed then.
It will be interesting to see how they grow given how different the crest looks so far.
