Poop board for dummies

anyone got an easy, super-duper, spare no expense for easy, diy, under the roost, way to add a poop board?

My new coop is under construction.
I used old 1/2" OSB for the poop board surface. I ripped down a 5/4 board I happen to have left over and attached 3/4" wide strips along the bottom of the 2x4 framing to make a ledge for the OSB to sit on then pinned it down with a brad nailer. The backs of the 2x4s are nailed to the wall framing.
I supported the front of the boards with angle bracing.
The roosts are centered on the 25" wide assembly with the top of the roost at 9 inches above the board surface.
The roosts are screwed into their upright supports which are screwed into the 2x4 framing so I can remove them and install taller uprights if I don't like the roost height.

ETA: This design is geared towards using PDZ and/or sand to absorb moisture and odor and a kitty litter scoop to clean the poop out daily.

I don’t know how large your coop is, but mine is 4 foot wide by 8 foot long and my poop board is 4 foot wide by about 2 feet deep. I just cut a piece of plywood and put it over a couple 2 x 4‘s so it can lift in and out and then I covered it with a piece of linoleum so that moisture does not soak into the wood. I always put two layers of newspaper on it, So in the morning I just roll up the newspaper and let any type of moisture dry during the day and then before they go to bed I

just lay two more layers of newspaper down. It only takes me about five minutes a day and their coop is perfectly clean and there is never poop laying around except for in the morning before I roll up the paper. Here is a few photos.
