Poops and Feed?!

I was feeding my small flock ( 3 hens) Manna Pro 16% layer feed and they were fine. I needed to find a more affordable feed though, especially since our flock is going to get bigger. After reading the forums and looking at prices I decided to choose Kalmbach 17% layer feed. Now the flock's droppings are really wet - every poop. They look absolutely normal just super soft.

I did a slow overlap when transitioning them and gradually weened off the Manna Pro (maybe this isn't necessary but it's from my dog-owning days). I have taken away treats and all other foods until I can get this figured out. The birds have just turned one years old and are eating, drinking and laying normally. Fairly happy except that they are not getting extra treats from me.

I am at a loss as to what to do next. DO I go to a whole new feed since Kalmbach seems to have pre and probiotics? Should I look at the 16% layer feed option Kalmbach has?

Has it been warmer than usual? Increased water intake can cause what you describe. Pics of the poop will help the experts. Though I suspect this will resolve on its own.
