Possibly Sick Emu Chick

I have a one month old emu chick who has been doing very well so far, but today his chirps sound off (very soft and a bit scratchy) and his stool is much more watery than usual. He seems alright otherwise. Should I be concerned?

That's alright. Thank you for your support. I do want to report that Riker is okay. I don't know what caused the issue with his voice sounding strange, but it corrected itself and he's back to normal now. ^_^

Hi UK here.. Pleased to hear your babe is back to normal, could he just have a chill, if he was outside, they must not get wet,if sudden showers, if you only have the one, put a mirror where he stays mostly , he thinks it's another mate and won't so lonely. A teddy would also be nice to cuddle up to.
