Here are some updated pics of mine, they are now a month old (born 3-10-10)

6 Cochin Chicks (some have better feathering than others) minus the one I think is a roo.

Im trying to figure out if this one is a boy or girl (red wattles and lack of feathering compared to the others, plus his baby down is more grayish). I ordered a pullet so

arent Barred Rocks and Cochins sexed by the spot on thier heads?

Bard Lady (Barred Rock) the only one I have left.

Another little cochin this is the only one of this color that I have left, 2 found homes and one was a runt that passed on.

No Name (Barred Cochin) - this is one of 3 that I have.

Once they are fully matured I can get more pictures and post here so we can see the outcome.

couldn't help it. added 10 birds to my order that's shipping May 12th. lol. 15 blue quail belgian d'anvers, 5 self blue d'uccles, and 5 red brown d'uccles. I will post pics when I get them!

So Ive had it backwards this whole time

Figures! So GL look like chipmunks as chicks then? I thought it was the partridge that did.
