Post Pics of your Leghorns

My local feed store is ordering Silver and Red Leghorn. I have a white one and I'm thinking of getting one of each. Do they all lay the white eggs? My white one is still a baby. Her name is popcorn here is her pic.

I think that would be great fun to have the different color Leghorns.

If the chicks are all about the same age, it will be easiest for you.

I find one week or less of an age difference and there are zero issues. Two weeks difference and there might be issues.

And yes..lall Leghorns lay white eggs. However, I sometimes find the fancier or more rare colors of Leghorns might lay white eggs with a slight tint to them.

Do any LH lay glossy white eggs? I have an Andalusian & hers have the pretties gloss to them. She is super flighty even after starting to lay so I'd rather have another LH. My BLH eggs are just a matte white, no sheen.
