I'm eggcited! First eggs!

My 20 week old buff orpington from Dunlap hatchery laid her first egg finally! She grew wattles and a comb at 12 weeks so I was getting a bit nervous. Been screaming the egg song several times a day for weeks now, so about time!

First egg ever! From one of the 20 week Leghorns. She had been squatting for about a week before I found this out in the middle of their yard. So egg-cited! Can't wait for the next one. I have 2 more leghorns squatting and ready to lay any day!
