I got another pullet that decided to start paying rent, or an oops. I am going with new pullet laying!

The middle egg is just 1.35 ounces, the other 2 are 2 and 1.9. ounces.







It is an olive egg, the left side egg is blue, but for some reason my IPhone has trouble with blue.

Two of my pullets started doing the "Submissive Squat" yesterday!!! They are 6 months old today. I am pretty excited...

Are you sure that egg didn't get to your bed via a different route? My Havanese dog sometimes takes eggs, and whatever she takes, egg or anything else, she brings to the bed.

Lol! That's a possibility, because our little 10lb dog -had stolen a chicken egg, and hid it in between the cushions in our bedroom sofa.

First egg ever! YAY!!

One of our just turned 5 months old RSL's gave us a true pullet egg this morning (1.3 oz = peewee).
And she laid it in the nest box! I've been looking at red wattles, red combs and squatting for over a month now... At last!
I hope she inspires her sisters to get productive....

today is the egg day! another pullet layed 1st egg!



her egg is more oval and almost white although they both are greek hooded breed.
