Potential coccidiosis?

Woke up and one of my babies made this color poop on top of the brooder plate

They hatched a week ago, everyone is lively and happy, eating normally.
They have a brooder plate, not a heat lamp, I'm feeding them medicated feed.
Should I be concerned?

Maybe. It might be a good idea to treat with Corid to be safe. Medicated feed is supposed to prevent coccidiosis, but is not a treatment.

I understand it's not a treatment, I'm just informing that I am using the medicated feed. I'll look into it, thank you
