Predator apron on omlet run.

Hi all I have an omlet run and was wondering if the skirt of the omlet run should be tacked down to the top of our hardware cloth apron or sit below our hardware cloth apron. The photo I’m attaching has the omlet predator skirt sitting above the hardware cloth waiting to be nailed down with landscape stakes. We plans to cover the hardware cloth with the gravel we raked back. I’ll be paneling the whole run with 1/4 inch hardware cloth

Think either or should be fine. Probably easier to have HWC on bottom, omelet's skirt on top since that will let the HWC sit completely flat on the ground.
