Hi guys,

It been a while, unfortunately I sold all my hens and my hatching business because I had to focus on my Alevels. But I still have my Brinsea OvaEasy Incubator in my garage sitting there collecting dust.

So I decided to sell it, upon doing so realised that the metal on the floor of the incubator had corroded away, and that theres a part of it where I can feel the polystrene from underneath. So I was thinking of a way I can solve this problem.

One thing I thought of was buying a metal plate from B&Q or something to replace the old metal, I am a bit hesitant on doing that because I am thinking that the metal plate will be hot and dangerous for chicks, but I am unusre.

Please could someone advise me on what I should do, otherwise the incubator works perfectly and I really want to sell it for a good price. Many thanks
