Got a pair of BCM from Myers this year. They are just over 14 wk old. One has a lot of cooper around the neck, the other does not.

The one this less cooper neck looks a little suspect of a cockerel to me. What are your thoughts?

Saddle feathers are rounded and black, which says pullet.

Need a front view and side view of the comb and head. Also include pics of the other bird for comparison if you can.

This amount of copper in the neck (hackle) feathers is in the range of normal for pullets. They can have no copper or quite a bit of it. When they get copper in the saddle feathers, you know you have a male. That's not what I'm seeing here.

At 14 wks, both look like pullets. Roosters would have larger/redder combs/wattles by now. ~14-15 weeks the hens can start to redden up in preparation for laying around 20 wks.
Great news! Glad to hear your thoughts, we are first time chicken owners so this is all new to us. We just had our Blue Ameraucana crow a few days ago and had to rehome him to my parents, we can’t keep roosters. This was a bummer as we wanted a blue egg layers
