Pullet or Not????

They all look like pullets

There isn't a single trace of male feathers on those birds. They look like pullets.

I will post repost photos again and see if that works so you can see them but should I expect my pullets combs and waddles look the same if they are the same age and breed?

They will all mature at different rates. Just like people, chickens don't hit puberty all at the exact same time.
My Barred Rocks are all the same age and breed. This girl has been pink since about 14 weeks old.

The one on the bottom was still yellow at 16 weeks old. The one in back was just starting to pink up.
