Pullet or Roos?

Not sure yet I’m thinking the black one is a roo and the lavender is hopefully a girl

HOW do you tell the difference between a pullet and a rooster? (We live in the suburbs: no roosters allowed.)
Tell tale signs are crowing and also spurs, and the shape of the feathers usually if they are rounded at the ends they are female. Also some breeds are auto sex meaning that they only come in certain colors for female vs male
