Pullets or cockerels? Sexing 3 week old bantams.

Hello, amazing chicken community!!!
My name is Jasmine & I am new and VERY excited to be here!
I was wondering if any of you could help me figure out if these are pullets or cockerels.
They are both 23 days old and to me, they are definitely looking a bit more like cockerels than pullets. But I have no clue!
I believe the feathered footed one is a Mille fleur d’uccle and the other is possibly and Easter Egger? Both should be bantams.
Anyway, here are the photos!

They all look like cockerels.

I had some young birds like that. They both had combs that looked like that and both ended up being roosters.
