What's with the roof?
Are you going to leave the tarp or.....?
Big roof overhangs with open soffits are the best ventilation, IMO.

Where are you located? It will help us help you.
Yes, please.
Here's how to add your general geographical location to your profile.
It's easy to do, and then it's always there!

This Coop was started in late summer and it didn’t get completely finished before winter that’s the reason for the tarp hopefully if I’m not to busy I’ll be able to have the roof done in the next few months

I’ll add my location but in the meantime I’m in the Seattle aria

In pic #4, is that wall always open, or does it close up to look like photo #5?

I'm almost thinking little monitor roof. The coop is very low, so it would be hard to add ventilation that wouldn't blow on the birds.
@3KillerBs has a little monitor coop if I remember correctly.

I'm travelling so I only have my phone right now, but the link for that coop is in my profile.

According to the usual guidelines, 14 birds need:

56 square feet of coop space,
140 square feet of run space,
14 square feet of ventilation,
14 linear feet of perch,
And 4 nest boxes.

Photos showing the overall structure and dimensions would help us help you. :)

Even more reason to have large roof overhangs, fur soffit vents as well as to protect any windows.

Seeing what the roof looks, inside and out, like would help us advise.

Here’s the measurements
My coop is a triangle so there a little weird
Long side is 191”
Run side 133”
Third side 100”
The coop door into run is 24x24
Highest point from roof to floor in the coop 38”
Lowest point from roof to floor 20”

The roof is sloped but it’s hard to tell in the pictures

If the roof isn't done, I'd raise it a couple feet. Would be so much easier to add the ventilation and it would be above there heads when on roost.

Just over 3 feet? Any way you can raise that another foot or 2? When it comes to ventilation height is your best friend.

See the photo here? With the nests far enough off the floor to be above the bedding, the roost above the nests, and the vents above the chickens heads when they're sitting on the roost?

It's pretty much at the bare minimums to work well in this compact coop:
