In pic #4, is that wall always open, or does it close up to look like photo #5?

I'm almost thinking little monitor roof. The coop is very low, so it would be hard to add ventilation that wouldn't blow on the birds.
@3KillerBs has a little monitor coop if I remember correctly.

Yep the front panels of the coop come on and off so off in the first 4 pics and on in 5

So in pic #4, that wall is always open?
If so, that looks like plenty of the wrong kind of ventilation to me. One, the wind is doing to blow on them while the sleep, which will chill them substantially. Two, its not predator proof.
Sorry misread your first post and edited mine to late the panels come on and off so I just had them off while I was cleaning

Got it, thats what I assumed. ;)
With that in mind, back to my original suggestion. I vote little monitor roof. A bit more effort than drilling a few holes, but don't really see a great spot otherwise. Maybe over the nesting boxes? Do a long strip at the top. Maybe near the floor under the perches? Not sure if that is enough space for all the birds, how many birds are in that coop? Dimensions?

Can’t remember dimensions right now I’ll measure tomorrow (it late here) but it was intended for 15-20 birds and currently we have 14 (11 chickens and 3 ducks)

Got it, so a minimum of 14ft of ventilation is needed for all those birds. Can you also measure how much ventilation you have already?
Sure although I think all the ventilation it has right now is the door into the run which isn’t much (it was a late summer project that we mostly finished before winter so it didn’t get all finished)
