Up for sale, a Blue Splash Japanese Bantam rooster on which I have performed my crow reduction surgery. He is about 1 year old, healthy, fertile and from a NPIP flock. But best of all he is very, very quiet. He still does crow but you probably wouldn't even notice it inside the house. He's good with the hens and does not show any aggression toward people.
