Just a little update about my EGYPTIAN GEESE .... they weren't egyptians after all but cape shelducks.

They look almost the same as chicks. They are all grown now and they love there dam. They swim in it alot and they like to lay in the long grass.

I have 2 brown chinese and there 1 year old and there a breeding pair but the female hasn't
Ayer any eggs but they are mating so i dont know why shes not laying?

This is the male

She could be a late bloomer. Bruce didn't start laying until she was 2 1/2.

I have geese and have had ducks and you do NOT need to trim their beaks......
